A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Use the promo code ‘FreeShip50’ at checkout. Please note that this promo code cannot be used in conjunction with our other sale promo codes.
Q: May I pick up my order?
A: From April through September customers may visit us locally at Fireweed Farm in Brentwood Bay (Victoria BC) to purchase seeds, plants, and herbal products. You may wish to place your order online before hand so that we can prepare it for you in advance. Use the promo code ‘ForPickUp’ at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready.
Q: Do you have a print catalogue?
A: No. Instead, we have chosen offer our full inventory listing, including detailed plant profiles and an abundance of photos as an environmentally-friendly, paperless, online resource for you here on the website.
Q: Do you ship plants?
A: We ship plants within Canada only. Plant orders and inquiries may be placed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org from May through mid-September.
Q: When can I expect my package to be shipped after I place my order?
A: We ship orders twice weekly, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unless there is a special preparation needed for your order, your order will be shipped within 1-4 buisness days after we receive it.
Q: How long can I expect my package to arrive after I receive my shipping notice?
A: Orders to Canada, the USA, and international destinations take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive via Canada Post. As parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal strike, please allow 14 days after you receive your shipping notice before contacting us regarding late or missing packages.

A: Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your package. Shipping & handling charges begin at $6.10 for seed orders of 1-24pkgs. For seed orders of 25pkgs and over, and herbal product orders, shipping charges range between minimum $14.73 and maximum $26.80. Shipping for plant orders begins at $25 and will be determined based on individual orders.

A: We ship seeds and herbal products to most locations within the USA. Please note that restrictions to your individual state or region may apply**. We are unable to ship plants to the USA due to customs regulations.

A: Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your package. Shipping & handling charges begin at $10.61 for seed orders of 1-24pkgs. For seed orders of 25pkgs and over, and herbal product orders, shipping charges range between minimum $18.82 and maximum $29.82.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship seeds and herbal products to most international locations. Please note that restrictions to your individual country or region may apply. Please inquire at your local postal outlet regarding the current regulations for importing seeds and herbal products before placing your order, and please see note below*. We are unable to ship plants overseas due to customs regulations.
Q:What is the cost of shipping to international destinations?
A: Shipping & handling charges begin at $15.36 for seed orders of 1-24pkgs. For product orders, and larger seed orders, shipping charges range between $26.57 and $34.62.

For US and other international orders it is the customers responsibility to check local import regulations for their specific region. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any restrictions specific to their region before ordering. Once your order leaves Canada we have no control over it. Due to the vastness of the planet and number of countries and regions in existence, as well as the ever-changing individual import regulations for each, we are unable to provide up-to-date information, or guarantees on shipping to your specific country or region. Depending on your local regulations, there may be circumstances in which your parcel may will rejected by your local customs office. If it is rejected it may be either be returned to us undamaged, or customs officials may choose to destroy it. If your order is returned to us by customs (undamaged and in salvageable condition) you will be refunded the cost of your order in minus the cost of shipping.
