Habit
Plants stay compact to about 4”-8” high with a similar width. Plants will be taller if given space in the garden and smaller if grown as an alternate lawn. Daisy flowers are small (under 1” diametre) in shades of pure white and white blushed with deep pink.

Germination/Sowing
The seeds germinate easily and can be direct sown in spring or fall. They may also be started in flats and transplanted out.

Growing/Care
The plants can be mowed or cut back after flowering.

Harvesting
The aerial parts are harvested when the plants are in bloom. The plants can be cut back to the ground and will re-grow.

Culinary Uses
The flowers, flower buds, and leaves are all tasty and edible. Can be added to salads or used as garnish.

Medicinal Uses
English Daisy has similar medicinal properties to Chamomile.
