A: Yes. Please email us your order with shipping address to ravensongherbals@protonmail.com. If you are able to take a screenshot of your cart with taxes and shipping totalled and send that to us as well, that would be very helpful!

Q: Do you sell seeds in bulk by the kg/pound?
A: No. Our operation is much too small to supply large bulk orders of any seed variety. We only sell our seeds by the package.

Q: Do you sell dried or fresh herbs?
A: No. We only sell what you see here on our website ~ seeds, and value-added herbal products such as salves and tinctures.

Q: Do you have a print catalogue?
A: No. Instead, we have chosen offer our full inventory listing, including detailed plant profiles and an abundance of photos as an environmentally-friendly, paperless, online resource for you here on the website.

Q: When can I expect my package to be shipped after I place my order?
A: We ship orders twice weekly, generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unless there is a special preparation needed for your order, your order will be shipped between 1-4 business days after we receive it.

Q: How long can I expect my package to arrive after I receive my shipping notice?
A: Orders within Canada, and to the USA can take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive via Canada Post. As parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal strike, please allow three weeks after you receive your shipping notice before contacting us regarding late or missing packages.

Q: Do you ship to the USA?
A: Yes, we ship seeds and herbal products to all locations within the USA. Please note that restrictions to your individual state or region may apply. Please inquire at your local postal outlet or customs office regarding the current regulations for importing seeds and herbal products before placing your order.
