Habit
A wonderful addition to the woodland or cottage garden. Plants produce study stems with large bell-shaped flowers that are delicate shades of lilac-blue, and occasionally white. 3ft tall, clump forming.

Sun/Soil
Full sun to partial shade. Average soil, drought tolerant.

Germination/Sowing
The seeds germinate easily and quickly, they are best started in flats indoors and transplanted out. Alternatively they can be direct sown in spring or fall.

Can be cut back after flowering to keep plants tidy.
